Certifications
It's a landlord's responsibility to make sure that all gas appliances in any rental properties are working safely. GAS SAFETY CHECKS are required by law to be carried out annually on these appliances. It's also your responsibility by law to fully understand the risks associated with legionella and to take the necessary precautions to control and prevent any risks. To put your mind at ease we offer LANDLORDS LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENTS to identify and assess any sources of risk and put together an action plan if appropriate.
